The Vians European narrow type adjustable electric release can be used on 12V DC systems, and is fail safe.
The release once powered will not relock until the door has been opened. This feature allows inline fixing of the exit button without the user having to press the button continuously.
The release also offers mechanical hold-open by way of a rocker switch, this enables the user to hold the lock open at busy times.
